How long will it take for my order to process?

It usually takes 2 business days to process anurder. Orders placed before 2pm (EST)Monday through Friday begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2pm (EST) Mondaythrough Friday and any orders placed Saturday or Sunday will start processing the nextbusiness day.Please note:FedEx Next Day and 2nd Day Air do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays, so orders placed on Friday will not arrive on the following Saturday or Sunday.

Can l cancel or make a change to my order after it's been placed?

Are there free returns for APO/FPO, Canada, Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico?

We do not offer free returns for APO/FP0 orders. Shipments to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska andPuerto Rico do not qualify for free return shipping. The cost of return shipping of any productswill be the responsibility of the customer.

Can l return my shoes if l wore them for a run or walk?

We recommend that customers try on their shoes on a carpet or wooden floor area to get ageneral feel of how the shoes will feel before taking them out for exercise. in general, we do notaccept worn shoes.

When will l receive my refund?

Once we receive your request we'll process your return and issue a refund to the original form ofpayment within two business days. You should see the funds returned to your original form ofpayment in a few business days, but please note, we do not control when your bank/credit cardcompany issues the funds back to your account.
