Returns and Refunds
At Oncloudsshoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return process.
You may return unworn and unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Please ensure that returns are in the same condition as received, including all original packaging. A 10% restocking fee will be applied if the original packaging is missing or if shipping labels or tape are affixed directly to the manufacturer’s packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for items that have been worn or damaged.
Free Returns
If you purchased "Free Returns," you can return your item free of charge through our return portal. For all other returns, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund or you may use any carrier of your choice to ship your return back to us at:

Outbound shipping service for items that are being exchanged is offered at no charge.
Please note, in the event you have more than one order to process at the same time as any single return, your returns must be packaged separately in their original order with their appropriately assigned return label.
How Does It Work?
Exchange for a new color/size
- Select the item(s) you want to exchange and click "Return."
- Choose your desired new size or color.
- Print the provided return label and mail back the original product.
- Your new item(s) will be processed within 3 business days of being received.
Exchange for a new product or get a refund
- Select the item(s) you want to exchange and click "Return," or Click "Refund."
- You’ll get a credit for that item to use on the new style you wish to buy by choosing "Shop Now."
- Print the provided return label and mail back the original product.
- Your new item(s) will be processed within 3 business days of being received.
- Once we receive your returned item(s), we’ll refund any remaining balance.
Please Note - Shipping costs are not eligible for refund.
Delayed or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received your refund, we recommend the following steps:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as refunds may take some time to post.
- Reach out to your bank for further updates on processing times.
